The staff was helpful and accommodating, and they promptly addressed any concerns I had regarding my room. They moved me to a much nicer room, a big improvement.
Nothing at all.

Spent a weekend at a hotel in the heart of a bustling market, with great rooms at affordable prices. the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the local metro station and plenty of restaurants in the area. the staff were extremely helpful with directions and recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the room service was delicious and the food was delivered promptly.

When checking in : the hotelowners complained that I made the booking through Booked.net ! My answer was quick : It's the decision of the hotelowner to put them on Booked.net There was a lot of noice in the rooms next door : children yelling and playing all night long. The management should react on that sort of things. They asked to pay me the taxi but give the poor man only half the price : I need to give extra money to the driver at the end...

The hotel is conveniently located near a bustling market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local experience. the rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the hotel offers a variety of delicious food options for room service, including sandwiches, soups, and traditional Indian dishes.
It would be beneficial for the hotel to have wider roads in order to accommodate larger vehicles, as the area can get quite busy.

The hotel is located in the interesring place. Karol Bagh is its location. It is a bazar, so we saw many interesting things. But the hotel is located in a quiet street at the same time. And it's not far from subway. It is really comfortable to get to other places by subway. The cuisine and service are also good. The personnel is careful. Everything good with cold/hot water. Good room.
Bedclothes was not clean. Maybe it was washed but it was not clean. You must take your own bedclothes in trip to India, because it was so for all hotels that we stayed in. The manager of the hotel tried to impose us the service of his "friends": taxi, hotels in other places, that we were going to visit. He tried to change our trip and offered another solutions. It was not very pleasent, because we had a plan that we wanted to actualize. Maybe he was right but he only took our time.

- Helpful stuff - Clean rooms - Good price - Right next to Bazaar
- When we were checking out they tried to increase the price and push us to pay more. However we just refused and we paid as much money as was mentioned in Booked.net reservation.
